Delhi born Ashish Chawla graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur. He began his career in Hospitality at the Jaypee Group of Hotels in Delhi, before moving to the UK to work for the Britannia Hotel Group. He then moved to Venue 5, a contemporary bar, restaurant and banqueting hall specialising in event catering, forging a successful career over ten years as General Manager.

Gurdaspur born Naveen Dogra graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur, before training at the revered Taj Hotel Group, amongst many famous Indian chefs of today. He ran a successful restaurant and catering business in Punjab, before honing his culinary skills, training with various renowned chefs in Delhi and Northern India. Upon moving to the UK, Naveen joined Venue 5, where he was Restaurant Manager for seven years.
Bar Manager and Partner
Delhi born Sandeep Singh studied at the Institute of Bar Operation and Management, Delhi, before moving on to work for many five star hotels in India, including Claridges Hotel and Samrat Hotel, (ITDC Group). Specialising in Cocktail Mixology, he worked with Bacardi Martini India and Smirnoff India on their annual promotion parties as well as organising festivals at Park Hotel and Astor Hotel, Kolkata. Upon moving to the UK, Sandeep joined Venue 5 and was Bar Manager there for 5 years.
